Welcome to Studio Reformer. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, booking platform, classes, memberships, and studio facilities. By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a package or membership, or attending a session at our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bookings, Payments & Pricing
All classes, packages, and memberships must be booked and managed via our Momence booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices, class schedules, and instructors are subject to change.
All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Where a client purchases an item within the studio, including grip socks, payment will be processed using the payment card saved to their Momence account.
By agreeing to purchase an item within the studio, the client authorises Studio Reformer to process payment for that item using the card saved to their Momence account.
Payment will only be processed for items that the client has agreed to purchase.
Cancellations and Refunds
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time via Momence.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
We endeavour to provide notice when a class is unable to take place for any reason. In such cases, credits will be returned.
Memberships & Class Packages
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase, unless cancelled by either the client or Studio Reformer.
Class credits may expire and are subject to the terms displayed in Momence. Membership class credits, late cancellation, and guest passes do not roll over into subsequent months and will be forfeited if unused within the applicable billing period.
Memberships may be paused or cancelled in accordance with the specific membership terms presented at purchase.
Class Packs and Pay As You Credits cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date.
Studio Etiquette & Policies
To maintain a premium and safe studio experience:
Please arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted for safety reasons.
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Mobile phones must be silenced and stored away during class.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff or clients.
Merchandise sold within the studio, including grip socks and gift cards, cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
Gift Cards cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date.
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in our classes. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
From time to time, instructors may take photographs or videos during classes for use on Studio Reformer’s social media, website, and other marketing channels, as well as on the instructor’s own social media or marketing platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let your instructor know before the class begins. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you are not included in any content.
Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Reformer Pilates is a physical practice that carries inherent risks. By attending classes, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are in good physical condition and able to participate in exercise.
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancies to your instructor prior to class.
You understand that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme.
Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
