Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialised Pilates Reformer machine. The machine uses springs, straps, and pulleys to create adjustable resistance, helping improve strength, flexibility, posture, and mobility.
Unlike mat Pilates, the Reformer provides both support and resistance, allowing for a wider range of exercises and making movements easier to modify for beginners or more challenging for experienced clients.
Our small group Reformer Pilates classes in Binfield, Berkshire provide personalised instruction to help you get the most from each session.
-
Yes — Reformer Pilates is suitable for beginners, and you don’t need any previous Pilates experience to join our classes.

If you’re new to Pilates, our Reformer Foundations classes are the perfect place to start.
