Reformer Foundation (Beginner)

A gentle, grounding introduction to the reformer. This class slows everything down so you can learn mindful movement, safe setup, and the core principles of alignment and breath. Maternity Reformer Flow (Pre & Post Natal)

Our Maternity Reformer classes offer safe, supportive movement throughout pregnancy. Using gentle, modified reformer exercises, we focus on strength, posture, breath, and mobility to help you feel strong, comfortable, and confident as your body changes.

Reformer Flow (All levels)

Our All Levels Reformer Pilates class is designed to welcome everyone, from confident beginners to experienced movers. Each class is thoughtfully programmed with options and progressions, so you’ll be guided to work at a level that feels right for your body on the day.

Reformer Strength (Intermediate-Advanced)
